Tessel connects to banks, card programmes and ERPs with read-only access. It can see a statement line; it cannot move money, change a payee or delete a record.

What read-only means

A read-only connection can list accounts, balances and transactions. It has no permission to initiate a payment, so there is nothing to misuse, even by mistake.

Writing back to the ledger

The one thing Tessel writes is a journal entry draft in your ERP, and only after a person approves it. Every draft carries a link back to its evidence.
